ABOUT
ROSE GOLD ATHLETICS

OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

Rose Gold Athletics is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential through individualized coaching that prioritizes movement quality, long term development, and the unique needs of every athlete. We value every individual as a person first, not just an athlete.

Our vision extends far beyond the weight room. We strive to be a consistent source of support through every season of an athlete’s journey while building an inclusive, high standard community rooted in integrity and accountability. Our goal is not only to develop stronger competitors, but to help individuals become more resilient, confident, and capable both on and off the platform.

MEET YOUR COACH

Amanda Rose Lind is a seasoned coach with a wealth of experience dating back to 2010. She is a certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach and serves as an Assistant Coach for USAW Level 1 and 2 certification courses, where she helps develop and mentor the next generation of coaches. Amanda currently serves in a Director of Strength and Conditioning role, where she oversees coaching staff, program design, and performance systems across multiple training groups. She works directly with middle and high school teams in soccer, basketball, lacrosse, baseball, and football, and coaches more than 20 youth athletes in 1:1 development focused on long term progression toward their collegiate goals. She has also worked with athletes of all backgrounds at The George Washington University, Georgetown University, and DC Parks and Recreation.

In 2019, Amanda founded Rose Gold Athletics with the goal of offering a different approach for athletes in the DMV area, built on a more intentional coach athlete relationship and full journey accountability. Her model emphasizes year round support and consistent weekly check ins that extend beyond the competitive season, including throughout periods of recovery.

This philosophy naturally extends into her return to sport work, where Amanda specializes in helping athletes rebuild strength and confidence before and after surgery or physical therapy. She collaborates closely with physical therapists, chiropractors, and physicians in the DMV, focusing on bridging the gap between performance and healthcare by building a connected network around each athlete.

Amanda has worked intentionally to build an inclusive, high standard culture where athletes understand they are part of something bigger than themselves. She expects commitment, strong attitudes, and daily buy in, and is clear that the coach athlete relationship is a two way street grounded in accountability and mutual respect. She is proud of the diverse roster of athletes in the DMV and across the country who now represent RGA, united by a shared dedication to the sport and a pursuit of excellence.
